Our delicious & organic Liberty apple crop is perfect for baking or snacking! Liberty have a nice sweet - tart balance. Lots of flavor and slightly soft, making them great for snacking or baking. They store for a long time in the fridge. We use them as the main component in our applesauce! Our normal rate for apples is $3.50 per pound. But this year we would like to share the abundance and offer BULK for $2.00 per pound! Make cider, add a little apple a day to the kids lunch boxes, or buy in bulk and split with your neighbors.
